Governing Documents
The Somerset Hills Homeowners Association is guided by two principle documents: the CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) and the By Laws. Both of the documents can be found here:
Additional Records
The Board also records and makes available other documents including minutes from past meetings, Treasurer’s reports, new and past newsletters, and other policy documents created by the Board to augment and clarify the Board’s stance regarding the guiding documents.
