This website is for the homeowners and residents of Somerset Hills Phases I & II, located in the Churchill Area Neighborhood (CAN) of Eugene, Oregon. New Homeowners are encouraged to visit our Welcome page HERE.
The full name of our non-profit corporation is Somerset Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., Phases I & II, but we typically refer to ourselves as the “Somerset Hills Homeowners Association”.
Our homeowners association includes properties in the following locations:

General Board meetings typically take place on the third Tuesday of odd-numbered months. They are open to any Association member wishing to attend. We hold an annual meeting every January to which all members are encouraged to come.
